Abstract

The ains of this researchare: 1) Describe the influence of mastery of productive lessons to the readiness of student work. 2) Describe the influence of industrial work experience on the readiness of students' work. 3) Describe the influence of mastery of productive lessons and the experience of industrial work practices on the readiness of student work. This type of research is quantitative research with expose facto design. The population in this students of SMK N 1 Karanganyar, amounting to 106 with a sample of 84 students is determined by the formula slovin. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling. Data obtained through questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The technique for analyzing date are multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F, R2, the relative contribution and effective contribution. Based on the results of data analysis obtained by the equation of double linear regeresi as follows: Y = 16,309 + 0,248X1 + 0,382X2. The equation show that readiness of student work influenced by mastery of productive lessons and experience of industrial work practice.Based on the analysis and discussion can be concluded that: (1) There is influence between the mastery of productive lessons to the readiness of students' work. This is based on multiple linear regression analysis (t test) known that t count> ttable, 2,693> 1,989 and significance value <0,05, that is 0,009 with relative contribution equal to 47,40% and effective contribution 16,26%. (2) There is an influence between the experience of industrial work practices to the readiness of the students' work. This is based on based on multiple linear regression analysis (t test) is known that t> t table, 2.931> 1.989 and the significance value <0.05, namely 0.004 with the relative contribution of 52.50% and 18.01% effective contribution. (3) There is Influence between the mastery of productive lessons and the experience of industrial work practices on the readiness of student work. It is based on analysis of double linear regression variance (F test) known that Fcount>Ftable, that is 21,122> 3,111 and significance value <0,05, that is 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.343 or 34,3%, while 65,7% is influenced by other variables not examined.
