Inequality income distribution can be influenced by many economic and noneconomic factors. This study aimed to analyze the factors that affect income inequality in Karisidenan Pati. This research was conducted at Karisidenan Pati consisting of 6 regencies / cities in Central Java which intended to know the influence of human development index, poverty level and inflation toward income inequality. This research is a quantitative research using secondary data obtained from Central Bureau of Statistics of Central Java. The data used are crossection 6 districts and time series during 2008-2015. The analysis tool uses panel data regression. The result of the research shows that together variable of inflation, index of human development and the number of poor people have an effect on inequality. The analysis also shows that inflation has a positive effect on income inequality. Meanwhile the index of human development and the number of poor people negatively affect income inequality. Territorially related to the constant test, the highest inequality is clustered in the Grobogan area, while the area with the lowest inequality is Kabupaten Kudus.
