Abstract

Abstract Trading Business Setyo Nugroho is a trading company of agricultural products located in Wonogiri district, trading business is moving on the sale and purchase of agricultural products. This research is conducted on a wheelbarrow that is used everyday as a tool to move goods to the trading business. This research uses Reverse Engineering method which is a process of excavation or new design of the existing man-made equipment. The goal is to develop and improve existing tools. Data processing is done through several stages, among others, the dismantling of existing products, merging components, benchmarking, creating new design concepts and producing motorized cart designs. The end result is a motorized cart that is equipped with an engine as a driver that can be driven by the operator. Appliance specifications, among others, using honda gx 5.5 HP engine with a speed of 3600 rpm and has a maximum speed of 12 km / h and has a total carrying capacity of 270 kg with a load of a maximum of 130 kg. Making this motorized cart cost Rp 4.525.000,00
