Sampling technique using Proporsional Random Sampling that is as many as 105 respondents. The data analysis technique used is prerequisite analysis using normality test and linearity test, while hypothesis test using multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, Rtest2, and relative and effective donation. The result of the regression equation obtained the regression equation of learning difficulty that is Y = 174,115-0,883X1-0,537X2. The conclusions of this research are: 1) Lecturer's teaching skill has a significant effect on student's learning difficulties. This is evident from the results of the t-test that obtain-tarithmetic <-ttable (-7.313 <- 1.984) and P value (0,000 <0.05); 2) The way students learn significant effect on student learning difficulties. This is evident from the results of t-test that obtain-tarithmetic <-ttable (-3.007 <-1.984) and P value (0.003 <0.05); 3) The teaching skills of lecturers and the way students learn together have a significant effect on learning difficulties. This is evident from the results of the F test that obtained Farithmetic > Ftable (30.442> 3.09) and P value (0,000 <0.05). The test results obtained value determination coefficient R2 = 0.374, which means variable teaching skills of faculty and students learn how to influence the education of students learning difficulties Surakarta Muhammadiyah University accounting for 37.4%, while the remaining 62.6% influenced by other variables not examined, such as learning environment, learning facilities and learning motivation.
