Abstract

Background: Down syndrome is one of the most common chromosomal abnormality seen in humans. The most common cause of Down syndrome is the presence of an extra copy of chromosome 21 Aim : To know the benefits of giving neuro sensory modalities and the stimulation and facilitation of growth and development in the case of a delay development et causa down syndrome. result: After therapy 3 times result (1) the functional capabilities of children with GMFM still no change from T1 to T3 total percentage of 17.8%, (2) the results of the sensory abilities of children of T1 and T3 = 2 = 2, (3 ) the ability of muscle strength with XOTR has been no change of T1 = X, T2 = X. Conclusion: Implementation of Physiotherapy in case of Delay Development Et Causa Syndrome using neuro senso modalities and the stimulation and facilitation of growth and development in improving functional ability has not undergone significant changes.
