Abstract

The purpose of study is (1) describe the implementation of classroom management in improving student learning discipline class 2 B (2) know the barrier of classroom management in improving student learning discipline class 2 B (3) know the solution to overcome the obstacles implementation of classroom management in improving student learning discipline class 2 B. This type of research is qualitative with phenomenology approach. Data collection methods with observation, interview and documentation. Data validity using source triangulation and engineering triangulation. Data analysis techniques by reducing data, display data and conclude. The result of this study show that, (1) the management of the natural-basedclasses is conditional. Learning is done in the classrooom and outside the classroom. Implementation of classroom is that are teachers apply the order, provide educational punishments and organize student seats. (2) Obstacles that is the character of 2B class students still in chilhood, playful and easy to get bored learning in class. (3) Solutions to overcome obstacles that is with the approach to students, remind students the rules that have been created together and follow the program to improve the skills of managing the class.
