Abstract

This study aims to: (1) to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance PT. KusumahadiSantosa, (2) to analyze the influence of leadership on employee performance of PT. Kusumahadisantosa, (3) to analyze the influence of organizational commitment to employee performance of PT. Kusumahadisantosa, (4) to analyze the influence of organizational culture, leadership and organizational commitment to the performance of employees of PT. Kusumahadisantosa.This research is a quantitative research. Sempel used in this research is as many as 30 respondents by using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used: (1) data quality test, that is validity and reliability test, (2) classical assumption test, multicollinearity test, normality test and heterokedastisity test, (3) data analysis test, multiple linear analysis, t test, F test and test of determination.The result of the research data analysis indicates that: (1) data quality test, organizational culture questionnaire and leadership are valid and reliable, while the organizational commitment questionnaire and employee performance are some invalid statements, (2) classical assumption test, no errors in assumption (a) multiple linear test results showed that the regression coefficient of organizational culture variable has the greatest regression coefficient value, so that organizational culture variable is the most dominant variable affecting employee performance compared with other variables , (b) result of t test indicate that organizational culture variable, leadership and organizational commitment have a significant positive effect on employee performance, this is indicated by each each variable has significant value greater than 0,05, (c) shows that organizational culture, leadership and organizational commitment the results of coefficient of determination obtained by R Square coefficient value of 0,590 or 59%, it means organizational culture variable, leadership and organizational commitment able to explain varaiabel employee performance at PT. KusumahadiSantosa is 59% and the remaining 41% is influenced by other variables outside the model.
