Abstract

The phenomenon that has occurred in teenagers who do alcohol abuse, demanding the Police to perform its functions and duties as law enforcement officers to carry out their obligations in accordance with their authority in the case of law enforcement as set forth in Law Number 2 Year 2002 regarding Police. Because the police are fully responsible for the release of permission to run orchestra Melayu music performed by the community in the law of Kudus Police. In line with this, the community as a party that plays an important role on the growth of adolescents are also expected to participate in the prevention of things that violations committed by adolescents.
