Abstract

Fasciitis plantaris is a condition of the plantar fascia that decreases the flexibility and even inflammation due to excessive emphasis on the fascia that can cause pain along the fascia and the functional decline of the foot. To know the management of physiotherapy in reducing pain and increase foot functional. After 6 weeks of treatment the result of decrease of motion pain from T1: 3 to T6: 2, T1: 4 to T6: 2 tenderness and decrease of score on pain subscale from T1: 25 to T6: 20, T1 dissability subscale point : 22 to T6: 19 and on activity limitiation subscale from T1: 6 to T6: 5. Infra red and stretching can overcome the existing disturbance in case of fasciitis plantaris.
