Abstract

Low back pain (LBP) or commonly referred to as low back pain is a pain that occurs in the lower back region. To determine the implementation of physiotherapy in reducing lower back pain, increase muscle strength and scope of joint motion and increase activity with infra red modality, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation and exercise. After 6th of therapy, the result of pain reduction, with VAS from FT 0: 3 to FT 6: 0, pain at press FT 0: 5 to FT 6: 2, pain at FT 0: 8 to FT 6: 2. Muscle strength with MMT increased muscle value, flexor muscle FT 0: 3 to FT 6: 5, extensor muscle FT 0: 4 and FT 6: 5, flexor side dextra FT 0: 4 to FT 6: 5 , the left flexor side of FT 0: 4 becomes FT 6: 5, the rotator dextra FT 0: 4 becomes FT 6: 5, the left loop rotator FT 0: 4 becomes FT 6: 5. LGS with the goneometer increases the trunk motion in flexion motion FT 0 : 60º into FT 6: 90º, FT 0: 20º and FT 6 extensions remain the same ie 20 º, flexion side dextra FT 0: 10º to FT 6: 15 º, side flexion of FT 0: 10 º to FT 6: 15 º, rotation of dextra FT 0 : 20 º to FT 6: 25 º, the horizontal rotation of FT 0: 20 º to FT 6: 25 º. 2 Infra red, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation and exercise can reduce pain, increase muscle strength and scope of joint motion.
