Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to know: 1) The influence of student perception about teacher teaching skills to the liveliness of learning, 2) influence of media internet utilization to learning activity, 3) influence student perceptions about teacher teaching skills and internet media utilization to learning activity.This type of research is quantitative associative. The population in this research is the student class X Accounting SMK N 6 Surakarta as many as 106 students. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling as many as 84 student. Data obtained by documentary and questionnaire techniques. The previous questionnaire methid has been testes with validity test and reliability test. Data analysis was performed by multiple regression techniques, including t-test, F-test, R2 test, relative donations and effective contribution. The result of research using regression analysis obtained by regression equation: Y = 26,130 + 0,282X1 + 0,605X2. The result of this research concludes: 1) There is a significant influence between student perception about teacher's teaching skill to study activity proved by t-count value 3,252 > t-table equal to 1,990 and probability equal to 0,002 < 0,05. 2) There is a significant influence between the utilization of internet media on learning activity evidenced by the t-count value of 4.758 > t-table of 1.990 and probability 0.000 < 0.05. 3) There is a simultaneous influence between students' perception about teacher's teaching skill and internet media utilization toward learning activity proved by F-count value of 30,542 > F-table of 3.11 and probability 0,000 < 0,05. 4) Student's perception variable about teacher's teaching skill gives relative contribution of 37% and effective contribution of 16%, while internet media utilization variable gives relative contribution of 63% and effective contribution is 27%. The result of calculation of coefficient of determination test get value equal to 43%, meaning student perception variable about teacher's teaching skill and internet media utilization give influence 43% to study activity, the rest 57% influenced by other variable.
