Abstract

Women, children, and disabilities are susceptible people who must be protected from several types of crime includes sexual abuse. With the high crime that involved women, children, and disabilities so that every side can give the protection and prevention. While for disability child should get protection specially so that the human right which had by every child is complied includes for disability child which faced by the law. Country makes serious efforts to protect the women, children, and disabilities by creating the law No. 35 Year. 2017 about the changing of The Law No. 2r Year. 2002 about Child protection and Boyolali Government created Region Rules No. 14 Year 2013 about Child Protection.
