Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of variables Personal Characteristics, Job Characteristics, Corporate Structure Characteristics, and Experience Obtained from the company affects Employee Loyalty. The sample of this research is 100 employees who work in Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia PT (Jenang Mubarok) Kudus with the number of employees as many as 210 employees. Sampling technique using purposive sampling technique or data collection in accordance with the criteria used in this study. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis by doing the classical assumption test first. The results showed that Job Characteristic, Characteristic of Company Structure, Experience Gained from the Company has a significant influence on Employee Loyalty. While Personal Characteristics do not have a significant influence on Employee Loyalty.
