Abstract

Student disciplinary rules are very important in a university, any disciplinary offenses will be subject to sanctions based on existing rules of conduct. Then in this case the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta made a rule that regulates the discipline of students contained in Rector’s Decree of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta Number: 021 / IV / 2014 on Student Rules at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. This study emphasizes the regulation governing student discipline and the mechanisms used to resolve the violations of the existing order in Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta where in the regulations regulated related to prohibition, counterfeiting, theft and destruction, extortion and threats, ill-treatment, Narcotics, Psychotropic, dangerous drugs (Drugs), liquor and dangerous objects, immorality and gambling, as well as humiliation and defamation, and for the settlement mechanism is divided into two namely in the security unit and the second in the realm of Disipin Team of Muhamadiyah University of Surakarta.
