Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of Murabahah Financing Agreement, and rescue efforts against murabahah financing problem with Unit Simpan Pinjam Syariah Sinar Mentari Kerjo Karanganyar. This research method using descriptive empirical jurisdiction. Sources of primary data, interviews and secondary data that is made from primary law and secondary law. Data were collected by interview and literature study then analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that in Murabahah Financing Agreement Savings and Loans at Unit Simpan Pinjam Syariah Sinar Mentari Kerjo Karanganyar has fulfilled the principles of contract, pillars and terms of financing agreement it can be said that it was appropriate and the implementation of the Agreement is legitimate Murabahah. The rescue effort against murabahah financing problem is with the effort of financing restructuring, if by means of financing restructuring can not then be resolved by choosing the legal domicile is filed in the District Court Office, while in the effort to save murabahah financing problematic according to Islamic law is in kinship and should not burdens each other.
