Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of good governance toward the performance of the employees of the regional apparatus unit in SeramTimur district. This research is a quantitative research.This research was conducted on 3 instances of East Seram Regency ie Department of Tourism and Culture, Social Service, Population and Civil Registry of East Seram Regency. The sample in this research is 20 samples consisting of each Regional Device Work Unit (SKPD) of East Seram Regency. So the total sample in this research is 60 samples. Data collection is done by questionnaire which has been given to the Regional Device Work Unit (SKPD) of East Seram Regency. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 20 program. Result of research indicate that Good Governance have an effect on to Performance of Regional Device Worker Unit (SKPD) of Regency of East Seram. Keywords: Good Governance, Employee Performance.
