Abstract

Erma Azizah. NIM A210130070. Accounting Education Study Program. Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta. This study aims to: (1) describe how the pedagogic competence of teachers in the boarding school program (2) describes how teachers in setting learning plans and teaching materials (3) describes how the application of barding school to teacher pedagogy competence (4) supporting and inhibiting the implementation of boarding school program policies. This type of research is qualitative. Data collection techniques by means of data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing. The validity of data is done by triangulation technique that is by comparing interview data, observation, documentation. The result of the research shows that: (1) pedagogic competence of MAN 1 Surakarta teacher who has fulfilled the teacher standard set by the government who have the expertise and ability (2) the teacher in setting the learning implementation plan and set the teaching material is in accordance with the applied curriculum (3) Implementing a boarding school policy in MAN 1 Surakarta is to use the 2013 curriculum and religious ministry curriculum (4) supporting factors for selection and parent 2 systems that support (5) inhibiting factors of dorms which need to be fixed for the lack of bathrooms that cause many students to queue up and some students who are late. Implementation of boarding school has an important role to the teacher pedagogic competence
