Abstract

In the industrial world the process of peyambungan is one of the techniques often used in the manufacture of materials or components in the process of product pembatan. One of the most commonly used methods is FrictionStrir Welding (FSW) utilizing friction between tool and work object to be connected. The purpose of this research is to know the tensile strength of the connection using Friction Stir Welding (FSW) method on Aluminum 6061 T-6 material with room temperature velry temperature of 120°C, 140°C, 160°C, 180°C and 200°C. From the data of tensile testing result, it was found that the welding of Friction Stir Welding (FSW) on Aluminum 6061 T-6 material of tensile strength was highest in the voltage with 200 ° C temperature variation of 172.38 Mpa, the strain of 3.5075% UTS was 54.017% the lowest tensile strength value occurred at room temperature variation of 11.7.15 MPa, strain of 2.15% and UTS 36.71%.
