Abstract
The research has purposes to analyze the factors of in influenced in academic fraud in student’s university of accountant with fraud diamond dimension and gone theory which consist of pressure, opportunity, rationalization, capability, greed, need and exposure. The population of this research is the students of the faculty of economics and business Muhummadiyah University of Surakarta force 2014-2016. Taking sample of this reseach is conveniance sampling and it gets 93 respondences. The hypothesis was tested using multiple regrression and also helped by SPSS 20 programe. The results showed that rationalization, capabilitie, greed, and exposures to influence the behavior of a student's academic cheating. Meanwhile, pressure, opportunity, and need do not affect the students' academic cheating behavior.
