Abstract
The aims of this research is Analysing the raising of State Civil Apparatus performance basedon the law Number 30 year 2014 about Governmental Administration. Method: This research is a legal research of Sociological Juridical. Data collection is done through review of data of literature and field result data. The Technique of analysing data is qualitative from mile and Huberman model. Result: The raising of State Civil Apparatus performance basedon the law Number 30 year 2014 about Governmental Administration that is by giving the authority for state civil apparatus as stipulation in section 8 subsection (1) about the action or decision for Stae Civil Apparatus section 11 about the souce of the authhority of State Civil Apparatus and section 22 about the discretion besides the raising of accountability of State Civil Apparatus as stipulation in section 79 subsection (2) point e. Conclusion: The lawnumber 30 year 2014 about the Administration of government is to raise the govermental performance by means of the raising of accountability and authority of State Civil Apparatus. Key word: Accountability, Performance, Law Number 30 year 2014.
