Abstract

In the implementation of a agreement, the four agreements conditions must be fulfilled so that an agreement may be cited as a legitimate agreeement. The agreement between the merchant and the supplier of goods at Klewer Traditional Market is not based on a written agreement but uses the principle of trust, whereby the fabric in the size of the quintals is delivered by the supplier of goods to the marchant, then the merchants hands over the down payment to be repaid later when all the fabrics have been sold, using oral agrements. So that, it is not uncommon for misunderstandings, one of the aggrieved parties cannot demand anything to the side who commits a violation because there is no agreement under the hand. Based on the above background, then the purpose of this paper is to describe the implementation of the principle of trust in agrement between the merchant and the supplier in Klewer Traditional Market and to describe the problems which arise in the agreement between the merchant and the supplier of goods in Klewer Traditional Market. In this study the authors use empirical legal approach that is the research used to solve problems by conducting primary data research in the field. Type of research used by the author in this research is descriptive research with location in Klewer Market by document study method and field method which analyzed by the deductive logical analysis.
