Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out (1) the difference of influence of Team Assisted Individualization and Think Pair Share learning strategies to the learning outcomes, (2) the influence of students' activity on student learning outcomes, (3) The interaction between Team Asisted Individualization and Think Pair Share strategy student activeness to student learning outcomes. This research is a quantitative research with quasi experimental design. Sampling technique by Cluster Random sampling. The population in the study were all students of class VII SMP N 2 Tawangsari. The sample of research consisted of two classes namely students of class VIIC and VIIF. Technique of collecting data is done by method of test, questionnaire, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses two way analysis of variance with unequal cell which previously conducted normality test using Liliefors method and homogeneity test using Barlett method. Results of research with α = 5%. (1) there is influence of learning strategy of Team Asisted Individualization and Think Pair Share to result of learning, (2) there is influence of student activeness toward result of learning at low and low student activity, (3) no interaction between Team Assisted Individualization, Think Pair share and student activeness of learning outcomes.
