Abstract
This study examines and answers concerning the procedure or procedures and dispute resolution mediation model of land in the Land Office. In this study, the authors use a non-doctrinal methods using qualitative analysis is data that has been obtained is collected and analyzed to be used as a reference in solving problems. Soil as a natural resource which is very useful for human survival in Indonesia is still the amount is not increased or remained but its use is growing and making the value of land prices also go up so that often lead to conflict. Therefore we need a complete settlement one of them through mediation whose decision there is no winning or losing party or so-called settlement is a win - win solution so as to create justice between the parties. From the results of research and discussion, we concluded that the procedure or the procedure of mediation conducted by the Land Office to resolve a land dispute began with the calling of 2 the parties separately, and then conducted a field inspection to obtain the correctness of data, then the parties met to seek a way out of a land dispute the. Mediation procedure do not conflict with the Land Office of Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning / Head of National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 11 Year 2016 concerning Case Settlement Land Article 6 to Article 42. The trial mediation Land Office consists of three (3) times session with a persuasive approach where the parties are called separately first and then called together in the final session to resolve the problem. Mediation conducted by the Land Office is a non-litigation dispute resolution with a persuasive approach that is based on the principle of fairness.
