Abstract

The purposes of research, (1) examine the contribution of the student activeness, learning facilities, and socio - economic level of parents to the result of learning mathematics indirectly through student’s learning motivation, (2) examine the contribution of the student activeness,learning facilities, and socio - economic level of parent to student’s learning motivation, and (3) examine the contribution of student learning toward mathematics learning result. The type of the research is quantitative with resea rch population 266 student of class VII of SMP Negeri 1Surakarta. The sample of 160 students was calculated by Slovin formula. The technique of collecting data used are questionnaires and documentation. Sampling using proportional random sampling method. T he technique of analizing data is path analiysis. As the result of the research, (1) Student Activity, Learning Facility, socio - economic level of parents simultaneously contributes to the Mathematics Learning Outcomes through Motivation Learning with ( 훼 = 0 , 05 ) . Partially, the student activeness contributes positively either directly or indirectly to the learning result of math through learning motivation. Learning facilities do not contribute directly or directly to the learning outcome of math through lear ning motivation. The socio - economic level of parent directly and indirectly contributes positively to the learning outcomes of mathematics through learning motivation. (2) Student activity, learning facility, and socio - economic level of parents simultaneou sly contributes to learn ing motivation with (α = 0.05). Contribution of student activity, learning facility, and socioeconomic level of parent simultaneously to learning motivation by 42%. Partially, the activity of students which directly influence the mo tivation learn of 11,0889%. Learning facilities that directly affect the motivation of learning of 15,6025% . The socioeconomic level of the parents directly affects the learning motivation of 0,0036%. (3) The motivation of learning contributes to the 4,97295% mathematics learning result with ( 훼 = 0 . 05 ) .
