Abstract
Investment property has been in great demand in Indonesia in recent years, as the value of investments is increasing. The increase in value of this investment is in line with the increasing number of demand, which is caused by the increase in population. Population growth in Karanganyar District has increased by about 0.15% last year, given the housing and residential investment opportunities that incorporate residential and commercial areas in residential areas in Sroyo Village, Jaten District, Karanganyar Regency. In the research analysis process is divided into several stages, including primary and secondary data collection and then the distribution of questionnaires, research results are then grouped to test the feasibility of data, then economic analysis. The land used 11310 m2 is planned with a total of 90 units, houses 53 units and 37 units of shop. Based on the calculation of PP occurs on 23 Month 21 Days, ROI after taxes worth 4.10% per month = 49.041% per year, NPV (+) Rp. (IRR) is worth 15,908% > 8.06%, BCR 1.11> 1, BEP occurs when 64 units of goods are sold, IP is 1.11> 1. Based on these results it can be concluded that investment in Sroyo Village Jaten District Karanganyar Regency is worth doing.
