Abstract

Patient satisfaction at the hospital is a result of the patient's perception of the difference between their desired expectations and the reality of the service they receive. Differences in maritime space are related to the level of service both in terms of the number of nurses serving and the facilities and infrastructure provided, so that the different treatment rooms are related to differences in patient satisfaction. This study aims to determine whether there is a difference in patient satisfaction rates based on treatment class in RSUD Dr. Soediran Mangun Sumarso Wonogiri. This research was a correlative discriptip research with cross sectional approach. The population of the study were Dahlia room patient (class 1) and lotus room (class III) that treated inpatient in RSUD dr. Soediran Mangun Sumarso Wonogiri Regency with samples of each class is 56 patients obtained by accidental sampling technique. The data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using Mann Whitney Test. The results of the Mann Whitney Test test the 2 probability (p-value) value of 0.045 so that the test decision is H0 rejected. The study concluded the level of satisfaction of patients in grade 1 and grade 3 in dr. Soediran Mangun Sumarso Wonogiri Regency is largely dissatisfied and there is a difference of patient satisfaction level of grade 1 and class 3 in dr. Soediran Mangun Sumarso Wonogiri regency, where patients in grade 3 have higher satisfaction level than patients in grade 1.
