Abstract

ABSTRACT Arief Bayu Purwanto J 410 151 020 APPLICATION 5R (SHORT, RAPI, RESIK, RAWAT, RAJIN) IN PT. PERTAMINA DPPU ADI SUMARMO BOYOLALI The 5R program is a culture of how a person treats his workplace correctly. When the workplace is orderly, clean, and orderly, then the ease of individual work can be created, and thus the four main areas of industry goals, namely efficiency, productivity, quality, and including safety and health that can be more easily achieved. The purpose of this research is to know about propram application of 5R standard on PT area. Pertamina (Persero) DPPU Adi Sumarmo Boyolali. This research method was conducted qualitatively descriptive based on observation and interview, then analyzed and evaluated using data analysis technique, and adjusted to the application of 5R standard in PT. Pertamina (Persero) DPPU Adi Sumarmo Boyolali. The results showed that the employee understanding of the 5R program as a whole has been running but not yet maximal. In the implementation of 5R program, there are two R that have not been applied well from result of observation in this research, that is Resik and Rapi. Research subjects in the observation of the researchers noticed the lack of structuring of goods that have been unused and the absence of labels on the storage rack in the warehouse 1, the disposal of cigarette butts are still careless, the neatness of the office area after work, and charging the toilet checlist that has not been done routine.
