Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of qarḍ contract in BMT Harapan Bersama then analyzed its conformity with the National Sharia Board Fatwa NO: 19 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2001 About Al-Qarḍ. This research uses field research type with qualitative descriptive approach. Data obtained from interviews and documentation with BMT Harapan Bersama. Then the data were analyzed using descriptive analysis method by linking data with theory. After knowing the implementation of qarḍ contract in BMT Harapan Bersama and analyzing its conformity with the fatwa of DSN NO: 19 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2001 about al-Qarḍ, it can be concluded that the implementation of qarḍ contract in BMT Harapan Bersama is in accordance with the fatwa DSN NO: 19 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2001 on al-Qarḍ.
