Abstract

The purposed of this research is to improved the students' creativity in learning mathematics through an integrated approach on Scientific Problem Based Learning model. This research is classroom action research conducted collaboratively between researchers and mathematic teachers, in which subjects were students of class IX G totaling 32 students. The Data collection techniques in this research is observation, field notes, and documentation. The data analysis technique through flow analysis techniques that include three components: data reduction, data presentation and verification of data. The validity of the data using triangulation techniques. From the results of the research data showed there was an increased of student creativity, it can be seen from the following data: 1) Students are able to ask questions of prior actions have 2 students (6.25%) after a given action increased to 25 students (78.12%) 2) students are able to provide answers to questions from the teacher before the action there were 3 students (9.37%) after a given action to increased to 20 students (62.50%), 3) students are able to express ideas or opinions of prior actions have 2 students (6.25%) after a given action increased to 18 students (56.25%). Based on these descriptions can be concluded that the application ofapproach Scientific an integratedto the model Problem Based Learning can enhanced students' creativity in learning mathematics.
