Abstract

Bank is a business entity engaged in financial services. The bank serves to raise funds from the community directly and channel back to the community through credit intermediaries. This study aims to determine the implementation of credit agreement process, the regulation and the rights and obligations between the bank and the customer, and know the legal responsibility if one of the parties made a mistake on the basis of default. The method used in this study is the normative method. In performing credit agreement is done in the manner specified by the bank. From the start before the agreement, at the time of agreement to the consequences arising from the agreement. After an agreement between the bank and the customer creates a legal relationship resulting in each party exercising rights and obligations. In the event of any error by either party shall be liable for liability in breach of any provision contained therein.
