Abstract

The number of people in need of services in telecommunications mobile operator sim card, causing emerging companies that provide sim cards with a variety of different deals. This will lead to a very tight competition and consumers can easily switch service providers sim card. This study aims to determine how the influence of corporate image and service quality on customer loyalty. The population in this study were all students of the Faculty of Business, University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta economic and who have been using the sim card of Telkomsel.technique Sampling used in this study is convinience sampling by taking a sample of 120 respondents. Data collection method used is a field study with questionnaires personally. The analysis used in this study is to test the research instrument, the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2) Results obtained from this study has several findings. Corporate image positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. Service quality and significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Simultaneously the company's image and service quality has a significant impact on customer loyalty with the contributions made (adjusted R2) of 40.1% and the remaining 59.9% is influenced by other variables not included in the research model.
