Abstract

Biology practice should be supported by good quality of laboratory that must be based on standard laboratory by Permendiknas Number 24 Year 2007. This research aims to examine the quality of implementation Biology practice in 〖11〗^th grade at Muhammadiyah Senior High School 2 Surakarta. As a descriptive qualitative research, data acquired are based on observation, documentation and interview. The study start from September 2017 to December 2017 at Muhammadiyah Senior High School 2 Surakarta. The result shows that the quality of laboratory is 69.96%. The conclusion of this research is condition of Biology laboratory in Muhammadiyah Senior High School 2 Surakarta include aspects of laboratory design, laboratory, laboratory facilities, equipment and disposable materials already qualified of minimum standards by Permendiknas Number 24 Year 2007.
