Abstract

Bamboo charcoal or carbon dioxide is a product obtained from incomplete combustion of bamboo. Incompleten combustion of bamboo will cause the complex carbon compounds not oxidizedto carbon dioxide, the event is called pyrolysis, heat energy induces oxidation so that most complex carbon molecules decompose into carbon or char. In SEM tets that use speeds of 2,3, and 4 milion cycles, have been taken on avarage. The avarage has a different ratio or content, such as at speed of 2 milion cycles reaching the nano size at 295,7. But at a speed of 3 milion cycles the size decresed at 255,4, while at 4 milion cycle the speed jumped to its hefty size at 532,6. Then in this SEM test at each cycle speed produce different sizez. With EDX testing is the compsition or component contained in each cycle greaty affect the nanosacle result. This can be seen from the content of c (carbon), the higher content of c (carbon) then the result of nano particles is higher.
