Abstract

The demand for change is often directed to the government, especially in the public service sector that is provided for public. Public service is a factor determines the government success. With the success of the government in the public service means the achievement of the principles of Good Governance under Article 4 of Regulation no. 25 Year 2009 about public service. There are twelve principles of Good Governance in the Regulation among others: Public Interest, Legal Certainty, Equal Rights, Equal Rights and Obligations, Professionalism, Participatory, Equalization / Non-Discriminatory, Openness, Accountability, Facilities and Special Treatment for Vulnerable Groups , Timeliness, and Speed, Ease, and Affordability. Problem statement in this writing is that already appropriate or not applied the principles of Good Governance in the services undertaken by the Land Office. This research uses juridical-empirical research type and qualitative approach method. The research is located in the Land Office of Boyolali.
