Abstract

The problems studied in this research are motivation and professionalism employee development system conducted by BMT Nur Insan Mandiri and how in sharia management perspective. The purpose of this research is to know whether the development system conducted by BMT Nur Insan Mandiri is appropriate in the perspective of sharia management. Researchers use field research and data collection methods by interview and documentation. In this research, the researcher analyzed the data obtained by descriptive method which is an analysis describing the condition or a phenomenon with words or sentences, then obtained a conclusion. From the research that has been done obtained the result that the development system conducted BMT Nur Insan Mandiri has been in accordance with the perspective of sharia management because of the training program conducted to develop the competence and technical ability of employees in fulfilling their job responsibilities. In addition to training there is also a form of motivation or encouragement to the employees, that employees must have the character, especially honesty, struggle, loyalty, dedication, and trust because the activity is a worship activity.
