Abstract

In the corporate world, Akkad effort occupied a very important position, because that is the contract that limits the relationship between the parties involved in the venture and will tie up that relationship in the present or the future. Increasingly clear details and accuracy in making the contract, then the smaller also the existence of conflict and contradiction between the two sides in the future. Economic activity has continued to experience growth in the life of the community, so that in the development of the need for special attention so that no parties who feel aggrieved and the cause of inequity even pressures from certain parties. In a row with the development of economy in this more advanced age, many people think of a business means entertainment is needed by many people, at an affordable price. Fishing business opportunity is promising, since the number of people looking for entertainment with a relatively inexpensive price, and can relax with the family. However, regretable in Pancingan Sejuta in Janti, Klaten from the first understanding is not be explained by the owner of fishing ground. The purpose of this research is to find out what the contract was used in a Pncingan Sejuta, as well as to learn about the views of Islamic law against the contract. This type of research is a research field with a descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods used are observation, interview and documentation. Analysis of the method used is descriptive analysis. The results of this research can be drawn the conclusion that the contract used in the fishing effort a fishing ground in Pancingan Sejuta Sidowayah, Polanharjo, Klaten is included in the contractof akkad is unnamed. The contract effort not applied to Pancingan Sejuta according to Islamic law, since there is o element in the operations prohibited by syara '.
