Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of performance on individual performance. To know the effect of personal ability on individual performance. To know the effect of performance. To know the influence of the program. Population in this study is the user of information systems at the Puskesmas in Surakarta. Meanwhile, in this study required 47 employees of information users at the Puskesmas in Surakarta. Based on the results of research known User involvement significantly influence the performance of individuals. The ability of personal techniques has a significant influence on individual performance. Top management support has a significant influence on individual performance. Educational and training programs have no significant effect on individual performance.
