Abstract

This study aims to understand the effects of audit structure, leadership styles,organizational culture, organization commitment, professional training to the performance of auditors. This study was conducted by distribusing quetionnaires to auditors who work at BPK RI of Yogyakarta Representation office. All variable in this study were measured using Llikert Scale. Use the method of sampling is purposive sampling. Sample in this study was 33 respondents. The hypothesis test using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 21 to look at the coefficient of determination, the value of F statistics and t statistics. The result showed that audit structure, organizational culture, organization commitment, professional training have an effect on performance of auditors, while leadership styles not have an effect on performance auditor.
