Abstract

Moving class is one of the learning system every subject teachers are ready to teach in the classroom that has been determined in accordance with the subjects, in the learning system moving class should have team teaching. With the moving classprogram then there is adherence between students. Adherence is the emotional bond that a specific individual creates, remembering them in an eternal closeness all the time. This study aims to determine what factors and benefits affect the adherence to the moving class program in SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta. Type of research used is a qualitative research using descriptive approach. Sampling is done by purposive sampling method by taking 5 informant from X class of Administration Office 1 and teacher. Data collection techniques are done through indepth interviews to students and teachers. The result of the research is related to the factors that form the density of the subjects of learning in the moving class program at SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta namely moving class program in SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta runs in accordance with the expectations of the school. Other findings from this research that is moving class program also have influence on adherence among students, the inter-attachment factor is then the impact on the motivation and student learning outcomes become higher. Factors affecting the attachment that comes from the same environment, the similarity of hobbies, the sense of comfort and the feeling empaty. While the benefits of adherence factor is to increase a sense of togetherness, improve learning achievement and have a broad insight. The problems that often arise in the Moving class program is to require more power and time to move from one room to another. While students are required to more time discipline and active movement in the program. The obstacles that arise in the room displacement is influenced by two factors namely the distance from one room to another space too far and students are too tired because every two hours once moved the room.
