Abstract
This research has to know the concept of BSM Deposit product application based on principle Muḍārabah Muṭlaqah adjusted to the decision of DSN-MUI number 03/DSNMUI/ IV/2000. The method of library research and field research and to conduct a normative approach with the purpose of looking at the application concept of Muḍārabah Muṭlaqah in Bank Mandiri Syariah. The result of the research shows that the concept of product application of Bsm Deposito based on Muḍārabah Muṭlaqah principle in fund raising in Bank Mandiri Syariah KCP Solo Nusukan period 2016-2017 according to DSN-MUI decision Number 03 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2000 about deposit, with evidence between the concept of bsm deposit application in Bank Mandiri Syariah KCP Solo Nusukan adjusted with the provisions on the DSN-MUI decision Number 03 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2000 about deposit.
