Abstract

System is as a collection of components that interact to form a unity and complexity within a certain level to pursue a common goal. Accounting Information Systems are a collection of resources such as people and equipment designed to transform economic data into useful information. Objectives to be achieved in this study is To determine the positive effect of individual expertise and the use of information technology systems to improve employee performance interest in the utilization of information systems and To determine the positive effect of conditions that facilitate users and interest in the use of information systems users of information systems. The sample is selected by validity test and reliability test. Requirements to be respondents in this study is the employee of the city of Sragen. The result showed that individual skill has ρ = 0,824> 0,05. So the individual expertise does not significantly affect the performance of employees of Sragen Regency. The use of information technology system has ρ = 0,270> 0,05. So that the use of information technology system does not significant effect to the improvement of employee performance of Sragen regency. Trust has ρ = 0.054> 0.05. So the trust does not significantly effect the performance of employees of Sragen Regency. Confidence moderated to individual skill has ρ = 0,570 <0,05, So that moderate belief to individual skill does not have an effect on significantly to employee performance improvement of Sragen regency. And Trust moderate to information technology system ρ = 0,476 <0,05. So that the confidence moderate to individual skill does not significant effect to the improvement of employee performance of Sragen regency.
