Abstract

This study aims to knowing contribution : 1) Leadership, conflict, culture and learning media to teacher performance in vocational high school of Sukoharjo District. 2) Conflict to teacher performance in vocational high school of Sukoharjo District. 3) Culture to teacher performance in vocational high school of Sukoharjo District. 4) Learning media on teacher performance in vocational high school of Sukoharjo District. This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection techniques using documentations and questionnaires. Data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study is known: 1) Simultaneously the leadership, conflict, culture and learning media affect teacher performance with 81,8%. 2) There was not a significant contribution the leadership to the teacher performance with a significance value of 0.055 more than 0.05 and a tcount is 1.970 less than ttable is 2.004. 3) There is a negative significant contribution the conflict to the teacher performance with a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05 and tcount is -5.396 more than ttable is 2.004. The contribution can be seen from The Effective Contribution of 45.3% and The Relative Contribution of 55.4%. 4) There is a significant contribution the culture to the teacher performance with a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05 and tcount is 3.047 more than ttable is 2.004. The contribution can be seen from The Effective Contribution of 26.3% and The Relative Contribution of 32.2%. 5) There is a significant contribution the learning media to the teacher performance with a significance value of 0.027 less than 0.05 and tcount is 2.277 more than ttable is 2.004 . The contribution can be seen from The Effective Contribution of 12.5% and The Relative Contribution of 15.3%. Keywords:leadership, conflict, culture, learning media, teacher performance.
