Abstract

This study aims to determine law enforcement against the perpetrators of criminal acts of corruption abuse of authority in office, which underlies the corruption judge in deciding the perpetrator of the criminal act of corruption of abuse of authority in the position on the case of the decision, and the obstacles that exist in law enforcement against corruption. This research is a normative juridical legal research. Methods of data collection through literature study and interview. Technical analysis of this data is a qualitative analysis. The results showed that the acts done by Djoko Raino Sigit. S.Pd., M.Si. has misused his authority as Head of Education Office categorized as a criminal act of corruption. The judge's judicial consideration in deciding the perpetrators of corruption in the corruption case is Djoko Raino Sigit S.Pd, M.Si. as Head of Sukoharjo Education Office, with the intention of benefiting oneself or others or a corporation, misuses the authority or opportunity or means available to him because of his position or position, can harm the state finance or economy, and the defendant as the person doing, order to commit or participate in a criminal act of corruption together.
