Abstract

Blora Regency is one of the districts in the eastern tip of Central Java Province that runs the National Agrarian Operational Program or commonly known as PRONA. In this fiscal year 2017 PRONA in Blora Regency is one of the largest in Central Java Province with 25,000 land certificates. The implementation of the National Agrarian Operations Program also involves various parties such as Blora District Government, Land Affairs Office of Blora Regency and Head / Sub-Village concerned in the implementation of this National Agrarian Operations Program. Research Methods that the authors use in this research is juridical empirical. In addition the authors also use the type of field research (Field Reseach) where the authors plunge directly to obtain data - data validly in the field. From the results of the study can be concluded that the juridical implementation of the National Agrarian Operations Program in Blora Regency with the fiscal year 2017 was implemented in accordance with the prevailing regulation that is Government Regulation no. 24 of 1997 on Land Registration and Pronunciation Technical Practices.
