Introduction: Early mobilization is the effort or ability of the patient after surgery to move according to the patient's condition. Some literature says that mobilization 24 hours after surgery is very important and it is recommended to improve circulation, prevent problems or complications after surgery, speed up the recovery process and affect the healing process and length of stay. Implementation of early mobilization can be influenced by several factors one of which is the emotional factor of anxiety.
