Abstract

The process of learning in college is the explanation of materials to colleger in accordance with the plans and contracts of time specified and agreed upon before hand. Factors of the learning process include the curriculum system, dimension of lecturer, learning methods, and dimension of instructional media. Learning process activities that implemented according to schedule, plan, and procedures that have been agreed and determined will be result in a better quality of learning to college students so as to increase student satisfaction. This study aims to know the 1 influence of the learning process to satisfaction college student of nursing program in mini hospital laboratory of muhammadiyah Surakarta University. The kind of study is type quantitative study with pre experimental and cross sectional approach. Population in this study is student of nursing program in Mini Hospital Laboratory of Muhammadiyah Surakarta University. The sample was calculated by random sampling with 63 respondents. Instruments using questionnaires, analysis data used simple regression test. Result of study from got Y= 15,409+ 1,039X with p = 0,010 The conclusion shows that the learning process has a significant influence on the satisfaction college student of nursing program at the Mini Hospital Laboratory of Muhammadiyah Surakarta University.
