Abstract

Hospitals are institutions engaged in health services of course require the application of a fast and accurate information technology to improve medical services. Information technology utilizes an internet network that allows anyone to access and obtain data available in an interconnected network. So with the existence of information technology will provide more optimal service, especially in Hospital PKU Muhammadiyah Kutoarjo.Subjek this research is website PKU Muhammadiyah Kutoarjo. The method used to develop this research is using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Stages of development in this study begins with the collection of information, designing, design, and create a website then applied and tested. This website is in the making use of PHP programming language for writing script and application program AppServ8.6.0 which is equipped apache package as web server and MySQL application package as database processor. Implementation of PKU Muhammadiyah Kutoarjo website is considered very effective as a medium to provide information about health tips, medical service information, doctor's profile, schedule of specialist doctors and also provide accurate patient data information in order to facilitate the search data. Testing of the website is done using a questionnaire filled by website users. The results of questionnaires from this website got an average value of 81.4%, then this website is sufficient to meet the criteria to function as a website of medical services.
