Abstract
Export-import transactions became one of the most important activities for the development of the Indonesian economy. Palm oil is one of Indonesia’s leading export commodities. This result was doing with the aim of analyzing the competitiveness and influence of production, international prices and exchange rate on Indonesian palm oil exports. The data used in this study is time series data from 1989 to 2016. Analysis tool used in this research is Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) and regression with Error Correction ModelBased on the results of RCA analysis shows that RCA value is greater than 1, this indicates that the export of Indonesia’s palm oil have a strong competitiveness in the international market. Based on the results of ECM analysis indicates that production has an impact on palm oil exports in the long term, but in the short term production has no impact. International price and exchange rate have an impact on palm oil exports both in the long term and in the short term.
