Abstract
Internship report is one of application and practice from the theory that we already got in study. Internship is held on Syariah Hotel Solo for 320 hour, 40 days. The purposes of my internship is To understand the Hotel Management Operation in Hotel Industry,To know the challenge and opportunity in each department, To make good channel and relation in the workplace, To learn how to satisfy the guest based on guest perception and To apply the learning program in hotel industry. In my internship report I tried to give some alternative course that can help hotel to improve their performance and be a good hotel management, based on my previous experience when I did job in Syariah Hotel Solo.
