Abstract

The authentic evidence is required in order to support the success of law enforcement. It is about situation, phenomenon, or legal action which is conduted through certain position, namely notary. This current study aimed at investigating the supervision which is conducted by Regional Supervisory Council of Wonogiri regency toward notary’s performance in Wonogiri regency. Additionaly, the stages which are conducted by Regional Supervisory Council when there is notary in problem. Notary’s performance has been said condusive in accordance with the supervision result. However, there are still some notaries who have not been orderly and the act of notary’s performance or even the applicable code of ethic is not obeyed. Moreover, in order to solve the problem which is caused by notary, Regional Supervisory Council of Wonogiri regency observes whether it is a severe problem or not. The writer infers that notary in Wonogiri regency must be more orderly and obey toward the applicable of act rules.
